The Fricase De Conejo Recipe is a traditional dish from Mexico. It is also called “Tortilla de conejo” and is made with rabbit meat. I have tried this recipe several times, but I can never get it right. The last time I made fricase de conejo, I was able to make it taste really good.
You need to buy a whole rabbit and then cut it up into pieces for this recipe. The most important part of the rabbit is its skin and bones, so be sure to remove these before cooking. You can also use chicken for this recipe if you prefer.
The cooking process for this dish takes about 30 minutes, but it’s not difficult at all! Just be sure not to overcook your rabbit, otherwise, it will taste very dry and tough! When you’re done cooking your fricase de conejo, you will notice that there are lots of juices inside the rabbit meat that didn’t cook out during the cooking process. This is because there are lots of spices in this dish that help with flavor development during the cooking process.
